YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESTo take full responsibility for the Spanish market, and specifically for northern Spain, including the key areas of Bilbao, Pamplona, Vigo, Santander and Oviedo/Gijón, and to drive sustainable revenue growth across the entire regionBuild and strengthen long-term relationships with installers, distributors, EPCs, project developers, and other key industry stakeholdersIdentify new business opportunities, win strategic accounts, and expand existing customer partnershipsAct as a trusted advisor by providing technical consulting and tailored solutions for photovoltaic mounting systems and related applicationsDeliver engaging product presentations, customer training sessions, and technical workshops that create real customer valueLead customer projects from the initial opportunity stage through implementation and long-term account developmentMonitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitive activities to shape and execute effective sales strategiesRepresent K2 Systems at trade fairs, industry events,
and customer meetings throughout the regionWork closely with colleagues from Inside Sales, Technical Support, Product Management, and other cross-functional teams to ensure customer successMaintain reliable sales forecasts, activity reports, and valuable market intelligenceContribute to exceptional customer satisfaction while supporting the long-term growth of the businessYOUR PROFILEProfessional QualificationsDegree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related technical field5+ years in technical sales, business development, or field salesProven success with technical or engineered productsPV industry experience preferred Knowledge of steel/aluminum structures is a plus Strong technical understanding of engineering, mechanical, or renewable energy solutions Experience managing customer projects and stakeholdersPersonal CompetenciesCommercially driven with strong negotiation and relationship-building skillsProactive, self-motivated, and resu
