Discover the Role
The Paryoll Consultant will work within the Payroll Team and will assist with the processing of payroll-related work for client companies. The Payroll Consultant will be expected to make a significant individual contribution, be self-motivated, and liaise with the team and the manager concerning assigned clients.
Key Responsibilities
Liasing with Employment Office;
Mandatory communications with Employment Office for new hires/terminations/contractual changes;
Perform record keeping, reporting, and payroll processing activities for clients with basic payroll complexity in a timely manner;
Data input of time cards in the system (Zucchetti);
Sending mandatory communications to health insurance funds;
Regular communication with pension authorities regarding changes of beneficiary;
Print and mail payroll checks;
Ad hoc projects.
Key Requirements
Good Knowledge of English (B2)
Proficiency in all MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
Degree in Law and/or Economics
Up to 2 years' experience in similar organizations
Understanding of pension systems
Responsible and organized
Good communication skills
Goal-oriented (both individual and team goals)
