For our Helicopters Division we are looking for a Network Orders Administrator. MISSION Ensure efficient management of network orders by monitoring order flow, coordinating cross-functional activities and maintaining alignment between Customer Orders Management, MSM, MRP, Network Nodes and Supply Chain functions, guaranteeing on-time execution and customer satisfaction.
Manage network orders from creation to closure, ensuring completeness and accuracy of data.
Monitor order progress across operational systems and network platforms.
Coordinate activities related to Customer Orders Management and service provisioning.
Interface with MSM and MRP processes to ensure consistency between demand, planning and execution.
Support network nodes in the execution of operational requests and order fulfillment activities.
Ensure data consistency across order management and planning systems.
Coordinate with MSM, Logistics and Quality functions when material availability impacts order execution.
Support prioritization activities in case of resource or network constraints.
Monitor service levels and operational KPIs related to order execution.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives of order management and network processes.

Ensure end-to-end management of assigned network orders.

Maintain accurate and reliable information within operational systems.
Provide reporting and visibility on workload, backlog and critical orders.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Supply Chain or equivalent.
Experience 2-5 years experience in Operations, Service Delivery, Order Management, Network Operations or Supply Chain environments.
Strong coordination and stakeholder management
Customer-oriented approach
Planning and prioritization capability
Attention to detail and data accuracy
Cross-functional collaboration
Flexibility in managing operational priorities and urgent requests.
Familiarity with ERP, Order Management and Planning system
