Job Overview
The internship aims to support the operational and back-office activities of the Spoticar Trade Marketplace, contributing to the proper management of sales processes, the quality of published listings, and the monitoring of business-related data.
Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the intern include but are not limited to the following:
A. Marketplace Operational Support
Time Allocation: 30%
Mission: Ensure the smooth day-to-day management of Marketplace operations, maintaining quality, consistency, and up-to-date information.
Activities:
Quality control of online listings (descriptions, images, pricing, vehicle status).
Daily stock verification to ensure consistency between available, reserved, and published vehicles.
Update price lists, vehicle pricing, and availability (including bulk uploads).
Support invoicing processes and related administrative activities.
Identify anomalies and report them to the IT team or operational stakeholders for resolution.
B. Cross-Functional Support & Internal Coordination
Time Allocation: 45%
Mission: Facilitate communication between the Marketplace, Sales Teams, and key internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and operational continuity.
Activities:
Collaborate with ZM, Sales, Pricing, and Operations teams on operational requests and priorities.
Regularly share sales and performance data extracts, as well as commercial revenue reports, with relevant stakeholders.
Support user onboarding processes and Helpdesk requests related to the B2B Portal and Spoticar Trade.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper vehicle visibility and platform maintenance.
Collaborate with the Marketing team on platform awareness initiatives.
C. Reporting, Analysis, and Performance Monitoring
Time Allocation: 25%
Mission
:
Support data analysis, KPI monitoring, and the preparation of reports and presentations.
Activities:
Analyze operational KPIs, including stock levels,
campaign activation, and sales performance.
Create and update periodic reports (Excel / Power BI / PowerPoint).
Prepare internal presentations for follow-ups, meetings, and management alignment sessions.
Monitor network onsite implementations and collect qualitative feedback.
Support the definition and implementation of corrective actions related to processes and performance.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
Technical Skills
Preferred academic background in Economics, Marketing, Management, Data Analysis, or related fields (ongoing).
Previous experience in operational, commercial, marketing, or digital roles is a plus (including internships, academic projects, or project work).
Interest in the automotive industry, digital marketplaces, and business operations.
Intermediate level of English or above.
Excellent proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, basic formulas), PowerPoint, and Word.
Nice to have: basic knowledge of marketplace platforms or business management systems.
