This is a high-impact commercial role with end-to-end responsibility for driving growth through a distributor-led model, covering both branded and private label business.
The Role
Own the Italy P&L; and commercial strategy Lead and develop the distributor partnership to unlock growth Drive business planning, pricing,
and negotiations Accelerate performance across established consumer brands Work cross-functionally with European HQ teams Based in Copenhagen with regular travel Who We're Looking For FMCG commercial profile (ideally from companies such as Nestlé, Danone, Unilever, Ferrero, or similar) Strong experience in the Italian market Proven success in sales, key account management, or distributor markets Experience xrdztoy owning or influencing P&L; Fluent in Italian and English Willing to relocate to Copenhagen Why This Role Full ownership of a priority European market High visibility and exposure to senior leadership International career opportunity within a top-tier FMCG environment This position is based in Copenhagen, and candidates must be willing to relocate.
