Join our company as an L2 Onsite IT Technician to provide advanced technical support to end users at our customers. What about your responsibilities? * Independently resolve on-site incidents and service requests * Provide VIP user support * Deliver end-to-end Digital Bar / Walk-in centre support * Perform meeting room & AV support (Teams, Zoom, other vendor equipment's) * Act as hands-and-eyes support for server / network teams * Manage printer and MFP support * Support PC refresh activities * Manage ticketing system * Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) * Local stock management
Location:
San Giorgio Monferrato (Alessandria - fully onsite) - Occasional support on other sites nearby

Requirements:
2-5 years of experience in IT support or a similar role
Experience in OS,
Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products
Strong knowledge of Windows *****, Office 365, and common enterprise applications
LAN/WAN and server room equipment's fundamentals knowledge
Familiar with ticketing system
Fluent in English and fluent Italian
Good organizational skills
Communicative and customer-oriented
