• Process equipment and service enquiries and purchase orders to suppliers?

• Coordinate with logistics department, freight companies and suppliers for timely delivery of equipment and services.
• Control delivery dates in sales orders through coordination with product centers.
• Complete special projects by organizing and coordinating information and requirements?
planning, arranging, and monthly meeting schedules?
monitoring results.
• Support achievement of financial objectives by anticipating requirements?
submitting information for budget preparation?
monitoring costs?
analyzing variances.
