/ppbr / /ppReporting directly to the strongRegional Manufacturing Director /strong and functionally to the strongGlobal Vice President EHS /strong, this strategic leadership role is responsible for driving EHS excellence across a multi-country manufacturing network.
The successful candidate will partner with senior business leaders to strengthen operational performance, foster a world-class safety culture, ensure regulatory compliance and support the company#39;s long-term growth strategy.

/ppbr / /ppKey Responsibilities /pulliDevelop and execute the regional Environment, Health Safety strategy across manufacturing operations in Italy and an additional European country, ensuring alignment with global objectives.
/liliAct as the appointed strongRSPP /strong in accordance with Italian legislation.
/liliLead and support local EHS teams, providing direction, coaching and functional leadership to ensure consistency in standards and execution across all sites.
/liliPartner closely with Plant Managers and regional leadership teams to identify operational risks, establish priorities and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
/liliEnsure full compliance with all applicable Italian, European and local health, safety and environmental regulations.
/liliPromote a proactive and sustainable safety culture through behavioural safety programs, leadership engagement and capability development initiatives.
/liliDrive the continuous improvement and effectiveness of the company#39;s certified management systems, including strongISO ***** /strong and strongISO ***** /strong.
/liliLead internal audits, compliance assessments, regulatory inspections and certification audits while ensuring timely implementation of corrective actions.
/liliStandardize EHS processes and share best practices across manufacturing locations to improve performance and operational consistency.
/liliCollaborate with Engineering,
Operations, Human Resources, Supply Chain, Finance and other business functions to integrate EHS principles into strategic and operational decision-making.
/liliBuild and maintain effective relationships with regulatory authorities, certification bodies and external stakeholders.
/liliSupport capital investment planning by identifying EHS priorities and contributing to the evaluation of industrial projects.
/liliMonitor regional EHS performance through KPIs, dashboards and executive reporting, providing regular updates to senior management.
/liliContribute to the organization#39;s sustainability objectives by supporting environmental initiatives and continuous performance improvement.
/li /ulpbr / /ppCandidate Profile /ppWe are looking for a high-calibre EHS professional with proven experience operating in complex multinational manufacturing environments.
The successful candidate combines strategic thinking with a pragmatic, hands-on approach and demonstrates the leadership required to influence diverse stakeholders across international organizations.
/ppbr / /ppRequirements /pulliDegree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Occupational Health Safety, Prevention Techniques or another relevant technical or scientific discipline.
/liliQualification to act as strongRSPP /strong under Italian legislation.
/liliAt least strong8–10 years /strong of progressive experience in senior EHS positions within multinational manufacturing organizations.
/liliProven experience managing Environment, Health Safety activities across multiple manufacturing sites and different countries.
/liliStrong knowledge of Italian and European health, safety and environmental legislation.
/liliSolid experience implementing, maintaining and improving strongISO ***** /strong and strongISO ***** /strong management systems.
/liliExtensive experience conducting internal audits, managing regulatory inspections and ensuring compliance within complex industrial environments.
/liliDemonstrated experience leading organizational change and developing a strong safety culture.
/liliExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
/liliProfessional fluency in English.
