/p h3Your Role /h3 pWe are searching for a Digital Product Designer to create user-friendly, high-fidelity interface mockups and prototypes.
/p h3Your Impact /h3 ul liDesign seamless, high-quality experiences across a multi-device ecosystem (mobile, embedded interfaces, web)Translate user needs, behavioral data and business goals into intuitive and scalable solutions /li liCreate flows, wireframes and high-fidelity interfaces with strong attention to interaction,
motion and visual clarity /li liPrototype experiences rapidly (including AI-driven interactions) to validate concepts with stakeholders and users /li liContribute to and evolve the Design System, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints /li liUse data and product analytics to evaluate released features, define benchmarks and drive continuous improvement /li liCollaborate closely with Product, Engineering and Data teams in a continuous discovery and delivery process /li liExplore emerging patterns in AI, personalization and adaptive interfaces to shape future experiences /li liDefine interaction patterns that scale across different contexts (e.g.mobil, large screens, embedded devices)Communicate design decisions clearly, providing detailed specs and rationale to engineering teams /li /ul h3About You /h3 pYou are curious, hands?on and systems-oriented.

/p h3What you should bring /h3 ul li3-6 years of experience in Digital Product Design (UX/UI) within product teams /li liStrong experience designing end-to-end experiences (not just screens)
/li liSolid understanding of Design Systems and scalable design principles /li liProficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (Figma and beyond) /li liExperience working with data-informed design and product metrics /li liAbility to prototype interactions (including advanced or AI-driven concepts) /li liStrong understanding of responsive and adaptive design across devices /li liExcellent visual and interaction design skills (typography, motion, hierarchy) /li liExperience collaborating with cross?functional teams in agile environments /li liAbility to communicate ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders /li /ul h3Compensation Data /h3 pWe believe great work deserves great recognition.
For this role, we offer an annual gross salary (RAL) between 40,000 and 50,000, based on your level of experience, technical skills, and scope of responsibilities, in accordance with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanici).
