/p h3Why We Are Looking for This Profile /h3 pWe are entering a phase where growth can no longer be purely sales-driven.
We need to build a scalable, measurable, and optimized acquisition engine.
/p pWe are looking for someone to build and optimize the web infrastructure that will take Pillar to become the industry standard.




/p pThis is not a "website maintenance" role.
/p pIt is a builder role.
/p h3What You'll Do /h3 pYou will sit at the intersection of Marketing, Product, and Data.
/p pIn practice: /p ul liDevelop and optimize the website with a focus on conversion and performance.
/li liImplement A/B tests, experiments, and advanced tracking systems.
/li liContinuously improve funnels, landing pages, and CRO.
/li liWork on technical SEO and performance (Core Web Vitals, site structure, indexing).
/li liCollaborate with marketing to launch new high-impact pages and campaigns.
/li liBuild dashboards and measurement systems to understand what works and what doesn't.
/li /ul pYour one goal: turn the website into a growth machine.
/p h3Who We're Looking For /h3 pWe are not just looking for a developer.
We are looking for someone who thinks in terms of growth.
/p pThis is you if: /p ul liYou have frontend development experience (e.g. Next.js, React, or similar).
/li liYou know how to work with analytics and tracking tools (GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, etc.).
/li liYou have worked on CRO, A/B testing, or growth projects.
/li liYou think in metrics: conversion rate, CAC, LTV, funnel.
/li liYou enjoy testing, measuring, and iterating fast.




/li liYou see yourself as a builder and want to create something that doesn't exist yet.

/li liTechnical SEO skills.
/li liFamiliarity with no-code / low-code tools for rapid experimentation.
