We are looking for a bJr Coffee /b bChemist /bto join our Scientific Department.
/ppbr/ppThe Jr Coffee Chemist will support applied research into innovative extraction techniques and analysis to detect chemical compounds in coffee.
/ppbr/ppbWhat will you do: /b /pulliSample preparation with extractions: LLE, Soxhlet, SDE etc.
/liliUse of liquid chromatography instrumentation: LC coupled with MS mass spectrometry, HPLC.
/liliRecording, analysis and interpretation of data obtained from experiments with a view to producing internal reports, patents and scientific papers.
/liliStatistical analysis and chemometrics.
/li /ulpbr/ppbRequirements: /b /pulliMaster's degree in Chemistry or CTF or PhD in Chemistry ( preferred Analytical Chemistry).
/liliMinimum experience in LC-MS on food matrices.
/liliStatistical analysis and chemometrics.
