/ppbr / /ppbr / /ppstrongKey Responsibilities /strong /pp-Provide exceptional customer service experience by assisting customers in exceeding their needs, demonstrating an excellent knowledge of the products as well as of Etro history and heritage /pp-Provide an excellent service in garment customization proposals, respecting and satisfying customer requests /pp-Serve customers accordingly with Etro selling ceremony /pp-Discuss with clients and give advice on general trends in fashion world and developments in luxury market, showing passion for fashion and luxury products /pp-Ensure the achievement of the Store goals, enhancing and developing the business /pp-Build and strengthen relationships with customers by developing CRM strategies /pp-Establish a good group dynamics, through efficient communication /pp-Contribute to manage the visual display of the products in accordance with Etro visual guidelines /pp-Help ensuring the products replenishment and physical inventory of merchandise /pp-Follow Company grooming, accordingly with Etro standards and policies /ppstrongKey Requirements /strong /pp-Deep passion for fashion and luxury /pp-Experience in a similar role within fashion retail companies /pp-Technical expertise in garment tailoring management /pp-Ability to drive and exceed individual and store result, as well as excellent commercial awareness and customers attitude /pp-Ability to adapt to different customers /pp-Team-playing attitude /pp-Strong communication skills /pp-Ability to work in a dynamic environment /ppFluent in English /ppstrongWe Offer /strong /pp-An all round experience in our Retail world and values /pp-The opportunity to attend an Excellence training programme /pp-An interesting remuneration package /pp-Salary Range: € /p
