/p pThe Manager – Wiring Harness Design Electronic Hardware leads a team responsible for the design, development and integration of vehicle wiring harness systems and lifecycle management of harnesses and electronic hardware components (ECUs, sensors, and actuators) for combine harvesters.
/p pThis role ensures robust engineering solutions aligned with product requirements, quality standards, and platform strategies while coordinating work across multiple geographies (India, US, Brazil, Italy).
/p bYour Impact /b pLead a distributed global team across multiple regions, driving alignment, capability development, workforce planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
/p pOwn the design, integration, and delivery of wiring harnesses and electrical systemsand components,ensuring high-quality deliverables, validation, documentation, and adherence to program milestones.
/p pDefine and execute electrical engineering roadmaps, contribute to system architecture and technology decisions, and drive platform harmonization, modularization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
/p pCollaborate with mechanical, software, systems, validation, manufacturing, and product management teams to ensure seamless integration and resolution of complex technical issues.
/p pServe as the primary technical interface for internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, while driving governance, risk management, status reporting, and mitigation planning.




/p bYourExperience and Qualifications /b pBachelor's or master's degree in software engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field /p pProven ability to lead electrical design / wiring harnesses implementations, /p pLead and develop a global electrical engineering team, ensuring effective resource planning and collaboration.
/p pProventrackrecordinleadingtechnicalteams /p pDeepunderstandingofelectronics /p pExperienceleadingcross-functionaland globalengineeringinitiatives.
