The scope of work includes developing and updating Process Flow Diagrams, Heat and Material Balances, and Process Data Sheets & Specifications for Process Units.
Additionally, expertise is required to develop and update Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams and Safety Logic Diagrams following site modifications or surveys.
The role involves performing process simulations and maintaining up- to-date models of Plant and Wellpad areas.
Participation in site surveys for requested modifications and involvement in project safety studies reviews such as HAZID, HAZOP, and PR as a Process and Flow assurance subject matter expert is essential.
The expertise will also validate new revisions of as-built documents during engineering and for modification close-out,
and assist with the procurement of equipment as per process specifications, including bid evaluation and contract administration.We aim to achieve the following goals and deliverables with the required expertise:• Develop and implement process solutions t hat are sate and aligned with company standards.
• Update and maintain accurate Process Flow Diagrams, Heat and Material Balances, and Process Data Sheets.
• Ensure Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams and Safety Logic Diagrams are current and reflect site modifications.
• Conduct process simulations and maintain models for Plant and Wellpad areas.
• Participate in safety studies and validate process documentation for engineering and modification close- out.
• support equipment procurement processes, Including bid evaluation and contract administration.Requisiti• Bsc.
Chemical Engineering• Years of experience 3+ minimum, ideally 5+ relevant to in Oil and Gas Processes/Units• Simulation in OLGA (must have), Unisim, Hysys, Pro2,• Gas Treatment, Claus process, sulfur recovery units, tail gas treatment, chemical absorption• Flow assurance, multiphase pumps, multiphase pipelines• Basic and detailed engineering documentation related to process discipline• High integrity protection systems design, HIPS, logic solver, safety protections PSS, ESD cause and effect.Altre informazioniLanguage: Italian and english fluentProject location: MilanRAL: *************** We operate in respect of diversity and with a commitment to promoting equity and equal opportunities, practicing and valuing inclusion.
