/p h3The Opportunity /h3 pWe are looking for a Business Development Manager to support the growth of our Mobility business globally.
Acting as individual contributor and reporting to the Products Business Development Director, you will play a key role in identifying, validating and developing new business opportunities for Fluid-o-Tech technologies, helping define the future direction of our Mobility portfolio beyond our established Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) business.
Working in close collaboration with teams across Europe, the US and Asia, you will act as the bridge between market needs, customer requirements and technology development.
/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ulliIdentify and develop new business opportunities across automotive, e-mobility, hydrogen, thermal management and adjacent mobility markets.
/li liDefine and continuously update the strategic opportunity roadmap for the Mobility segment.
/li liExplore applications for Fluid-o-Tech technologies, including pumps, valves, sensors and integrated fluidic systems.
/li liBuild relationships with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, engineering partners and key industry stakeholders.
/li liSupport commercial discussions and strategic customer development initiatives globally.
/li liTranslate market trends, customer needs and application requirements into business cases and product opportunities.
/li liCoordinate feasibility assessments with Engineering, Product Management and Operations teams.
/li liEvaluate opportunities based on market attractiveness, strategic fit, profitability and technical feasibility.
/li liMonitor industry trends, competitive dynamics and emerging technologies shaping the future of mobility.
/li liContribute to the definition of value propositions and go-to-market strategies for new applications.
/li /ul h3Experience in one or more of the following areas will be highly valued: /h3 ulliE-mobility and EV infrastructure /li liBattery thermal management /li liPumps, valves, sensors or fluidic technologies /li liSCR and emissions control systems /li liADAS and autonomous vehicle-related applications /li /ul h3What We Are Looking For /h3 ulliDegree in Mechanical, Automotive, Mechatronics, Industrial, Electrical or Energy Engineering.
/li liAt least 5 years of experience in Business Development, Product Management, Technical Sales, Application Engineering or Strategic Marketing within automotive, mobility or industrial technology sectors.
/li liProven track record in developing new business opportunities and building strategic customer relationships.
/li liAbility to understand complex technical solutions and translate them into customer value propositions.
/li liStrong communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
/li liEntrepreneurial mindset, curiosity and passion for innovation.
/li liExperience working in international and cross-functional environments.
/li liFluent English and availability for international travel.
