pShaner Ciocco, a hospitality management company operating in Tuscany, is looking for a bCluster Sales Executive /b to join its commercial team.
/ppThe company currently manages two Marriott-branded properties, as well as several smaller hospitality businesses across Tuscany, with plans to further develop and expand its portfolio from **** onwards.
/ppbr/ppbThe candidate will be responsible for: /b /pulliDeveloping business by acquiring new clients and partners across the Corporate, MICE, Leisure and Groups segments, both in Italy and internationally.
/liliManaging and strengthening relationships with the existing client portfolio, including commercial visits, preparing offers, conducting negotiations and managing contracts.
/liliIdentifying and developing new market opportunities through participation in trade fairs, workshops and industry events, while building strong relationships with companies, agencies and tour operators.
/liliMonitoring commercial performance and results, working closely with the Revenue, Marketing,
Events and other departments to maximize business opportunities.
/li /ulpbr/ppbRequirements: /b /pulliAt least 3 years of experience in a commercial role within the hospitality/tourism sector.
/liliProven experience managing the Corporate, MICE, Leisure and Groups segments.
/liliStrong commercial negotiation skills and a clear focus on achieving targets.
/liliExcellent knowledge ofb Italian and English.
/b /liliFlexibility in working hours and strong adaptability.
/liliWillingness and availability to travel both in Italy and abroad.
/li /ulpbr/ppbWhat we offer /b /pulliGross annual salary between €28,000 and €36,000, depending on experience and skills.
