NAVIRIS' goal is to create value for its customers through the following key areas:• Joint research and development projects;• Worldwide supply capacity;• Prime Contractorship and Design Authority;• Procurement optimization.Job descriptionThe Naviris Supplier Project Manager will have the following tasks:• to centralise Programme Management team interface with each Subcontractor• to ensure the "on-time, on-cost, on specs" delivery from first-tier suppliers,
leveraging the knowledge of the Engineering and the frameworks provided by the PMO.
• To be accountable for a portion of WBS First level provided by some first-tier suppliers The position reports to the Programme Director.Key responsibilities:• Manage the interface co-contractor/suppliers;• Monitor Statement of Work (SoW) and Technical Specification execution with support of Engineering expertise;• Organize with co-contractor/suppliers regular report meetings covering risks, schedule, change requests;• Aggregate reports and information at Programme Director level;• Implement Configuration Management principles;• Enforce Quality Management rules;• Anticipate and build Evidence Elements with suppliers;• Provide transversal support with other managers.Informazioni aggiuntiveRequirements:- Min. 5 years of experience in PM activities;- Bachelor's/Master Degree;- Professional English (speaking, writing and reading).
