/ppAs a DevOps Engineer at Rapyd, you will play a central role in designing, automating, and scaling our global fintech infrastructure.
You will work closely with cross-functional engineering teams to maintain high availability, build robust CI/CD pipelines, and codify multi-account cloud environments on AWS.
This is a hands-on position where you will turn complex operational challenges into reliable, automated solutions /ppOur DevOps engineers ship with Cursor, Claude, and specialized CLI assistants as first-class tools, handling boilerplate Infrastructure as Code (IaC) generation, Python automation scripts, and CI/CD pipeline troubleshooting.

/ppbKey Responsabilities /b /pullibAutomate Infrastructure: /b Write scalable, maintainable Terraform and Python code to manage cloud resources and operational processes.
/lilibManage Containers: /b Deploy, scale, and optimize microservices running on Kubernetes (EKS).
/lilibBuild CI/CD Pipelines: /b Design and maintain robust continuous integration and deployment pipelines to ensure fast, reliable releases.
/lilibCloud Network Design: /b Configure multi-account AWS architectures, VPCs,
low-level routing, and security controls.
/lilibObservability Optimization: /b Drive system performance tuning, monitoring, and cloud cost optimization using CloudWatch, Datadog, or the ELK stack.
/lilibCompliance Security: /b Ensure all deployments align with strict internal security standards and regulations (SOC 2, PCI-DSS).
/lilibProduction Delivery: /b Build reusable Infrastructure as Code (IaC) modules and take them all the way into production.

/li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
/lili3-5 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering.
/liliProven track record of operating production environments in public cloud platforms, with a primary focus on AWS.
/liliAdvanced expertise in Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and solid coding skills in Python.
/liliDeep understanding of low-level cloud networking concepts, VPC routing, and security frameworks.
/liliHands-on experience with container orchestration platforms (Kubernetes / EKS, ECS, or Docker) and modern CI/CD tools.
/liliA "code-first" mindset with a relentless drive to eliminate operational toil through smart automation.
/liliExcellent communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively across distributed, multicultural global teams.
/li /ulpNice to have: /pulliExperience in high-volume fintech, payment processing, or PCI-DSS compliant environments.
/liliExposure to multi-cloud ecosystems (AWS alongside GCP or Azure).
/liliIndustry certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA).
