pWe are looking for an bEE QHSE Manager /b to lead and drive Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental excellence across our bEastern Europe /b operations.
/ppBased in Italy, this role is key to ensuring regulatory compliance, promoting a strong safety culture, maintaining ISO certifications, and supporting operational excellence across the business.
/ppbr/ppThe main objective of this position is to develop and implement the entity's QHSE strategy, ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, strengthen safety performance, and continuously improve management systems, customer satisfaction, and environmental outcomes.
/ppbr/ppbResponsibilities: /b /ppbr/pulliDevelop and lead the entity's Quality, Health, Safety and Environment strategy and initiatives.
/liliPromote a strong safety culture through active field presence with operations, projects, sales teams, and customers.
/liliEnsure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, standards, and internal policies.
/liliMaintain and manage ISO certifications and support continuous improvement plans.
/liliLead incident and accident investigations, define corrective and preventive actions, and monitor their effectiveness.
/liliManage QHSE KPIs, including severity and frequency indicators, and report performance to management.
/liliCoordinate emergency preparedness activities, drills, inspections, and response plans.
/liliAct as the main coordinator during emergency situations involving internal and external stakeholders.
/liliIdentify training needs and develop annual Health Safety and Road Safety training plans.
/liliSupport communication with employees, certification bodies, consultants,
customers, and authorities on QHSE matters.
/liliContribute to sustainability and ESG initiatives and reporting activities.
/liliParticipate in audits, risk assessments, management reviews, and continuous improvement projects.
/liliManage the department budget and coordinate external service providers when required.
/li /ulpbr/ppbRequirements: /b /ppbr/pulliEducation: Master's Degree (Bac +5), preferably with a technical background.
/liliProfessional experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in an industrial environment.
/liliStrong knowledge of labor law, HSE regulations, industrial operations, and quality/environmental standards (ISO **** and ISO *****).
/liliExperience with audits, risk management, and management systems.
/liliLanguages: Italian (native level) and English (professional level) are required.
Greek is a strong plus.
