TNP Italia is looking for motivated and curious talents to join our consulting teams for a6-month internship.
You will contribute to transformation and operational improvement projects across several sectors such as fashion, automotive, retail, banking, insurance and other service industries.
You will work on projects focused onprocess optimization, operational performance, digital transformation and data-driven decision making, collaborating closely with clients while developing strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
In addition, you will actively participate in the development of the firstTNP office in Italy, supporting its growth and positioning in the market.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
Consulting Missions
You will be part of a team of consultants and actively contribute to client engagements, including:
Analyzingbusiness and operational datato identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
Structuring insights andsupporting data-driven decision making
Preparing presentations and project deliverables for clients
Supportingproject governance activities(workshops, steering committees, progress tracking)
Contributing toprocess improvement, operational performance and digital transformation initiatives
Participating in projects across several sectors includingindustrial, services and financial services
Business Development
Conductingmarket research and sector analysis
Performing benchmarking and identifying business opportunities
Supporting strategic studies on industries and potential clients
Communication & Marketing
Contributing tobrand awareness initiatives
Supporting social media and communication activities
Participating in events and initiatives promoting TNP Italia
WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for curious and analytical candidates interested in solving complexbusiness and operational challenges.
Final-year student or recent graduate (Master's degree)
Background inEngineering (Industrial, Management, Mechanical, Computer Engineering), Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or other quantitative disciplines
Stronganalytical mindset and problem-solving skills
Interest inprocess improvement, operations, digital transformation and data analysis
Comfortable working withdata and structured analysis
Good organizational and communication skills
Proactive, curious and able to work with a good level of autonomy
Proficient inMicrosoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Knowledge ofdata visualization tools (e.g. Power BI)is a plus
Fluent inItalian and English; knowledge of a third language is a plus
