Internship Opportunities
These internships offer the opportunity to gain operational experience in one of the following key areas within Bocconi University, contributing to the institution's activities and development in a structured, international, and dynamic environment.
International Student Desk: supporting incoming exchange students from Bocconi's network of international partner universities throughout their exchange experience.
The role includes managing applications and administrative procedures related to study visas, residence permits, course selection and academic transcripts; communicating with students, partner universities and other Bocconi units; organizing welcome days and cultural activities; and supporting database management, data analysis and reporting.
Employer Relations & Career Services – Industrial & Consumer Goods and Services Team:
supporting students and graduates in their transition into the job market and contributing to the development of relationships with national and international employers.
The role includes organizing recruitment, career counselling and employer engagement initiatives; managing job postings and other University channels; delivering individual and classroom-based career guidance activities; analysing the job market and identifying prospective employers; conducting benchmarking analyses; and preparing reports on the team's activities, events and projects.
Guidance & Recruitment Office: supporting the planning and management of recruitment campaigns aimed at prospective students interested in Bocconi Undergraduate and Graduate Programs.
The role includes managing relationships with prospective students and their families; providing information through virtual and in-person channels; supporting on-campus and online guidance and recruitment events; updating CRM data, email communications and website content; training student ambassadors; and contributing to initiatives designed to support the integration and academic journey of students from developing countries.
Depending on the area of assignment,
interns will acquire insight into the University's operations and processes, strengthen their organizational, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, and develop an understanding of service delivery within a leading international academic institution.
Requirements
Master's Degree with an outstanding academic path.
Fluency in English.
Work/study experience outside Italy (at least 6 months).
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Soft skills: positive and enthusiastic with excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills; analytical and critical thinking; hands-on and problem-solving approach; customer orientation and adaptability to different stakeholders; ability to organize and manage work autonomously and on time; strong attention to detail.
We offer
6 months paid internship (€1,000 gross monthly reimbursement + meal vouchers) starting from October ****.
