/em /ppbr / /ppstrongThe Role /strong /ppWe are looking for a junior resource to join the strongCustomer Engagement Management team, /strong ureporting to the Customer Engagement Management Executive of the West Hub.
/u /ppThe role oversees strongadministrative activities related to the active and passive billing cycle and supports the team on operational tasks with direct customer contact.
/strong /ppThis is a cross-functional role with scope extended to the three Hub countries: the resource will be primarily based in Italy but will operate in constant interaction with colleagues in Croatia and Greece and with corporate functions.
/ppbr / /ppstrongKey Responsibilities /strong /ppstrongActive Billing /strong /pulliVerification of the correct issuance of B2C and B2B invoices, with consistency checks against contracts, applied tariffs, and charging sessions.
/liliVerification of invoices related to roaming partners.
/liliManagement of billing requests addressed to landlords, with oversight of timelines and responses.
/liliPreparation of credit notes and adjustments to support the resolution of identified anomalies.
/li /ulpstrongPassive Billing /strong /pulliEntry of relevant invoices into the system, with verification of supporting documentation.
/liliConsistency checks against contracts, purchase orders, and agreed conditions.
/liliIdentification and management of discrepancies, with follow-up with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
/liliMonitoring of approval workflows and the progress status of ongoing cases.
/liliCollaboration with the Finance and Treasury teams in support of monitoring and reconciliation activities.
/li /ulpstrongOperational Support /strong /pulliManagement of charging card and wallbox orders requested by customers, from request collection through to delivery confirmation.
/liliCoordination with the Logistics team and external suppliers to verify availability, track shipment progress, and resolve critical issues.
/liliCustomer updates on order status and oversight of related administrative documentation.
/li /ulpstrongInvolvement in Optimization Projects /strong /pulliSupport for the mapping and standardization of administrative procedures across Hub countries.
/liliIdentification and reporting of repetitive activities that may be suitable for centralization or automation.
/li /ulpbr / /ppstrongRequirements /strong /pullistrongEducation:
/strongDiploma in accounting or equivalent qualification.
/lilistrongExperience: /strong0–2 years in administration, active/passive billing cycle, back office, or customer operations.
Previous curricular internships are also taken into consideration.
/lilistrongLanguages: /strongItalian, strongfluent English /strong.
/li /ulpstrongTechnical Skills: /strong /pulliBilling fundamentals: VAT, invoice numbering, credit notes, payment terms.
/liliProficient use of Excel.
