/p h3Role purpose /h3 pAs part of the Creative department you will be working in defining and executing creative concepts.br/In your day-to-day life you will collaborate with creative copywriters, content specialists, editors, among many others.
Your task could cover anything from the start of the brief, to executing visual concepts.
The work done in the Creative department is the cornerstone of our agency, and a team of people and departments work together towards building ideas powered by people.
/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 pContent Creators are responsible for creating content across all media channels.
This role is very "hands-on", they are responsible for creating visual content in response to clients' briefs and relaying them to the Creative Direction.
/p pTheir work is focused on campaigns, activations, editorial and digital content across different social media platforms.
/p pResponsible for design executions and creating visual response to briefs with the supervision of seniors and directors, Content Creators need to be natural social first thinkers, ready to expand on their skills.
/p pTasks of the job include /p ul liIdeation for concepts, content and format ideas /li liCreating short from video scripts and short-form videos (content creation skills are a must) /li liFilm/edit Tiktok and/or Reels /li liMoodboard, Short Form Video content creation /li liSupporting the team on answering the clients brief /li liUnderstanding culture and communities /li liCreating visual scripts and brief for the realisation of contents /li /ul ul liPassionate about the automotive and motorsport world.
/li liAvailable for frequent and extended business travel.
/li liBe up-to-date on communication trends (languages and tools) /li liStrong knowledge of Social Media platforms and formats.
/li liAlways looking for new and inspiring references, ready to share them with the creative team, but also with other departments.
/li liAppreciation for great work and good ideas.
Always seeking something new and pushing the boundaries in the art direction front.
/li liStaying abreast of new media formats and learning how to incorporate them into campaigns Always able to convert "our" social specialist knowledge into creative excellence.
/li liAbility to work autonomously, and happy to team up with different creatives.
/li liAble to work as a part of a multidisciplinary team with skills ranging from animation and video editioning, to photography or illustration.
/li liFlexible and versatile, that's to say able to easily adjust to make immediate changes in response to shifting or evolving situations.
