The ideal candidate will act as a brand ambassador, representing Fendi's values and commitment to luxury and excellence in all interactions.
/p pThe Showroom specialist will provide operational and administrative support during Fendi's upcoming buying campaigns, ensuring a seamless and elevated experience for all internal and external stakeholders.
/p h3Job responsibilities /h3 pbShowroom Preparation Presentation: /b /p ul liSupervise the day-to-day operations of the showroom, ensuring an impeccable environment that reflects the brand's identity and luxury standards.
/li liSupport in the management of the setup and merchandising of the showroom prior to and during the buying campaign, ensuring all collections are presented according to Fendi's visual merchandising guidelines.
/li liMaintain the condition of the showroom throughout the campaign, including tidying, organizing, and ensuring all displays are immaculate.
/li liSecure a correct product training presentation, visual merchandising, and sample management.
/li /ul pbSample Management: /b /p ul liEnsure that tagging and cataloging is well performed by the dressers.
/li liPrepare samples for client appointments and ensure their timely return and proper storage.
/li liGreet and assist clients and internal teams upon arrival, directing them as needed.
/li liAssist with order taking and data entry as required, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
/li /ul pbAdministrative Support: /b /p ul liSupport in coordinating the contact with buyers, key accounts, retail and internal people to schedule buying appointments, meeting and assist them during the sales campaign.
/li liSupport in managing the organisation of activities with catering, models, receptionists, etc.




/li liAssist in planning, managing and monitoring the showroom's operating expense budget, ensuring preparation and control of purchase orders.
/li liMaintain a clear and organized workspace.
/li /ul h3Profile /h3 ul liPrevious experience in a showroom, retail, or hospitality environment, preferably within the luxury fashion industry.
/li liExceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
/li liStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
/li liProactive, adaptable, and able to anticipate needs.
/li liFluency in English; knowledge of Italian or other languages is a plus.
/li liA genuine passion for luxury fashion and the Fendi brand.
/li liImpeccable personal presentation and professional demeanor.
/li liResilience and a positive attitude, even under pressure.
