including:2 weeks of hotel accommodationAirport pickupYour ResponsibilitiesAs an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative, you will:Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chatRespond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issuesAssist customers with platform, product, and service-related questionsTroubleshoot issues and provide effective solutionsHandle customer requests efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfactionAccurately document customer interactions in CRM and internal systemsFollow established quality and productivity standardsHelp customers understand the platform and available featuresWhat We're Looking ForEnglish B2+ for training and internal communicationPrevious experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, Call Center, Technical Support, Helpdesk, or similar roles is a plusStrong communication and interpersonal skillsCustomer-focused and empathetic approachStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsAbility to handle customer inquiries professionally and efficientlyComfortable using CRM systems, digital tools, and multiple applicationsGood attention to detail and accurate data entryAbility to work independently in a remote environmentFlexible and comfortable working rotational shiftsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, international, multicultural teamNo previous experience required – full paid training is provided#J-*****-Ljbffr
