Your Responsabilities * Organization and maintanance of the front office * Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner * Scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings, business trips and reservations * Handling of phone calls and emails * Support for Facility Management and HR department activities Your Qualifications & Skills * High school diploma; additional certifications are a plus * Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred * Proficent in MS Office * Familiarity in handling confidential information and security protocols * Demonstrated reliability and ability to work independently, along with strong communication skills * Excellent knowledge of Italian and English; knowledge of German is preferred OUR COMMITMENT * Innovative work environment in a young, dynamic team * High-tech projects in the future-proof sector of e-mobility * Opportunities for advancement in a growing company * A wide range of further training opportunities * Total compensation starting from € 33,000 gross per year, including a 20% variable premio based on goal achievement * Additional company benefits The compensation indicated represents the total compensation for this role.
