Your opportunity
We are looking for an Equipment Supply Leader (ESL) in charge of machines manufactured in our Italian Production Centers. The position is open in Mantova.
Your Mission
Ensure proper scope of supply definition at Kick Off Meeting.
Manage request of change of scope of supply during machine execution.
Supervise and control all execution activities within the scope of supply, aimed to meet requested delivery date and Sidel quality standards.
Monitor daily activities and internal milestones.
Support the cost control activities within Sidel Production Centers.
Drive risk analysis and mitigation plans, escalate issues properly.
Coordinate all parties involved in Order Fulfilment process aimed to achieve quality and OTIF (On Time In Full) delivery.
Identify and ensure feedback for process and quality improvement opportunities.
Report KPIs needed to measure performance according to target.
Manage and coach the team, develop team members' competencies.
Your Profile
Bachelor Degree or equivalent.
Fluency in English.
2-3 years of experience in the Supply Chain function is a plus.
Experience in the beverage industry is a plus.
