Palazzo Parigi Hotel & Grand SPA, a 5-star luxury hotel in the heart of Milan, is seeking a Guest Service Agent to join its staff.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following activities:
Managing check-in and check-out processes;
Assigning rooms to clients;
Handling cash operations and administrative tasks;
Collaborating with relevant departments to ensure customer satisfaction;
Performing tasks in accordance with LQA quality standards.
The ideal candidate should possess the following characteristics:
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role and context;
Excellent English language skills; knowledge of a second language is a plus;
Good knowledge of LQA standards;
Strong customer orientation;
Ability to achieve qualitative and quantitative objectives;
Excellent knowledge of the Opera management system.
The candidate should also have precision, flexibility (including flexibility in working hours), problem-solving skills, and good interpersonal skills.
