Job Description
The Account Manager plays a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact between customers and the company while contributing to long-term commercial growth.
The successful candidate will be involved in managing existing accounts, understanding client needs, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities and collaborating with internal teams to ensure the effective delivery of products and services.
Key Responsibilities Include
Managing and developing a portfolio of existing clients.
Building and maintaining strong long-term client relationships.
Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Understanding client needs and providing appropriate solutions.
Coordinating with Sales, Marketing, Operations and Customer Success teams.
Monitoring client satisfaction and key account performance indicators.
Supporting contract negotiations and renewals.




Preparing regular reports on account performance and commercial opportunities.
The role is ideal for professionals with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a strong customer focus and a commercial mindset. Previous experience in account management, sales, business development or client-facing roles is considered an advantage.
Requirements
Previous experience in account management, sales or a related client-facing role
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong commercial awareness and results-oriented mindset
Ability to understand client needs and identify business opportunities
Good organisational and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot or similar tools is considered an advantage
Excellent command of English; knowledge of Italian is considered an advantage
Ability to work effectively within a team
