The role includes providing helpdesk support via phone, email and chat, and resolving hardware/software issues across PCs and mobile devices. You will prepare technical documentation for NIS2 and ISO **** compliance, manage the telephone system, and maintain security logs, networks, and virtual/physical servers. This is a full-time, on-site position in Lombardy.
