Application Engineering - Barlassina (MB), Italy As a Customer Success Specialist, you will act as a trusted advisor in the post-sales phase, supporting customers in design, process, and software-related topics ensuring timely and high-quality assistance while helping them maximize the value of our technologies and contributing to their satisfaction, retention, and long-term success. Few examples of responsibilities * Act as a key point of contact for customers in the post-sales phase, ensuring timely and effective support * Support the resolution of technical issues related to applications, software, and manufacturing processes, coordinating with internal teams when needed * Provide consultative guidance on design workflows, processes, and software tools to drive effective adoption of Caracol's solutions * Collect and structure customer feedback, identifying recurring issues and opportunities for improvement * Monitor customer activity and engagement, contributing to a proactive and structured post-sales follow-up Ideal Background * Degree in Mechanical Engineering,
