Il profilo definisce ed implementa azioni per contenere l'esposizione finanziaria verso i clienti e delinea la politica di gestione del credito.
Responsabilità: monitorare la solvibilità dei clienti, aggiornare la Direzione sull'esposizione, gestire fido e condizioni di pagamento, collaborare con vendite e tesoreria, negoziare soluzioni, e preparare reportistica crediti.
