The team is part teacher, part troubleshooter, part operations consultant.
Responsibilities:
Onboard new venues from kickoff to first month-end close.
Run quarterly business reviews and proactive health-checks.
Drive expansion and reduce churn through proven playbooks.
Feed product with structured insight from the field.
Requirements:
3+ years in customer success, account management or hospitality operations.
Calm under pressure — you have closed at least one shift in your life.
Strong written and verbal communication in English and one local language.
