Restaurant Director - Ibiza Our 2 restaurants are well-established restaurants located in Ibiza (Eivissa + central island location). We are looking for a dynamic, hands-on and experienced Restaurant Director to lead our team and continue delivering an outstanding guest experience. Your mission * Manage the daily operations of the restaurant with assistance of our current manager * Lead, motivate and develop a multicultural team * Deliver exceptional customer service * Control labour costs, food costs and profitability * Recruit,
train and evaluate employees * Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards * Work closely with the owner to drive growth and continuous improvement Profile * Minimum 3 years' experience managing a busy restaurant * Young dynamic person already working in Ibiza * Strong leadership and organisational skills * Excellent knowledge of restaurant operations in Ibiza and cost control * Fluent English and Spanish are required * Additional languages are an advantage * Passion for hospitality, high service standards and attention to detail * Able to work in a fast-paced, international environment We offer * Salary: To be discussed + package + possibility to be involved in the global brand evolution (depending on experience) * Quarterly Performance-based premio * Full-time All Year, permanent position * Opportunity to grow with an ambitious ownership support vetrinabakeca
