Overview
For our Moncler Worldwide Warehouse Department we are looking for a Warehouse Service Provider Operations Specialist based in Castel San Giovanni (PC).
Your Impact
As part of the HQ logistics team, you will hold a corporate position, working closely with key departments to ensure the consistent execution of HQ logistics operations.
Main Responsibilities
- Data analysis and reporting of main logistics KPIs
- Participation in the optimization of operational processes and improvement of warehouse SOPs
- Managing relationships with logistics partners to ensure service level compliance through the daily monitoring of inbound and outbound flows at warehouses
- Execution of customer orders for both raw materials and finished products
- Support and execution of transactions in the ERP (delivery notes, invoices,..)
- Accurately register inventory, shipment, and operation data in the system, generating and managing reports if required
- Manage return of goods from external ensuring accuracy in inventory management
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Engineering or similar
- Ability to work both independently and in teams, with a hands-on approach
- Problem solving and focus on results
- Good communication skills, acute attention to detail and collaborative attitude
- Excellent organizational and technical skills
- Computer (Microsoft Office) skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Fluent English (written and spoken). Any additional language is an advantage
- SAP knowledge is a plus

Compensation & Benefits:

- Compensation package range: from 30.000 € to 35.000 € gross
