You will be involved in the following activities
- Support to the Quality function, including complaint handling, Product Quality Review (PQR) analysis, and tender request management.
- Assistance in managing temperature excursions of incoming products as well as products from the production site.
- Support in handling product and service complaints.
- Participation in conference calls and internal meetings.
- Preparation of Excel reports, Excel files, and PowerPoint presentations.
About you
- Master’s degree in Scientific field (Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry etc.)
- Fluent English (level B2/C1 or higher)
- Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Accuracy,
passion for excellence and organizational skills
- Good communication and teamwork
