What you´ll do
- Support the Sales Director and Sales Management team in daily business activities.
- Assist field sales representatives and internal sales teams in managing commercial activities and customer requests.
- Functionally lead store agents to maximize results on field
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customer and key stakeholders
- Support the activation and monitoring of promotions, incentive programs, sales contests, and trade marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Business Intelligence, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams to ensure effective execution of commercial plans.
- Help manage customer issues related to product availability, out-of-stock situations, pricing, promotions, and order management.
- Prepare sales reports, presentations, and business analyses to support decision-making.
What makes you a good fit
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with data and transform information into actionable insights.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Business Intelligence, Customer Service, and Supply Chain.
- Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
- Familiarity with AI tools (e.G., Microsoft Copilot)
and digital technologies is considered a plus.
- Knowledge of Power BI and CRM systems is a plus.
