Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Palermo for Real Estate Consultants who are Trainee or Newly Qualified Lawyers.

The role involves advising clients on Italian and cross-border real estate transactions, including residential and commercial property matters. Daily tasks include conducting legal research on real property law, drafting and reviewing contracts and documentation, assisting with due diligence, and supporting clients through each stage of a transaction.

The consultant will collaborate with senior lawyers, participate in client meetings,



and help manage negotiations between parties and stakeholders such as notaries, agents, and local authorities.

The role also includes ongoing training, contributing to business development activities, and ensuring high-quality, client-focused service in line with TIL standards.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge or interest in Real Estate and Real Property law, particularly in the Italian and cross-border legal context.
- Ability to support Sales-related activities, including client acquisition, relationship management, and cross-border advisory services.
- Competence in Negotiation to facilitate agreements between buyers, sellers, agents, and other stakeholders.
- Willingness to participate in and vantaggi from Training programs, mentoring, and continuous professional development.
- Law degree and status as a trainee lawyer or newly qualified lawyer, with eligibility to work in Italy.
- Excellent analytical, drafting, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills, preferably with fluency in Italian and English; additional European languages are an advantage.
- Client-focused approach, high ethical standards, and ability to work collaboratively in an international team environment.
