The Field Service Engineer is responsible for providing technical support to customers, ensuring that equipment and systems operate correctly and efficiently through training, updates, and timely interventions. In addition, by collecting field data and sharing information with other departments, this role contributes to the optimization of Service processes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide technical support to customers and site operators.
2. Deliver the necessary training to both customers and the company's internal technical staff.
3. Maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction.
4. Prepare service reports and technical documentation.
5. Perform technical inspections to identify major issues related to piling and foundation equipment.
6. Collaborate with other departments (commissioning, engineering, etc.)
to optimize processes and support the achievement of business objectives.
Required Knowledge and Skills
1. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
2. Knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems and schematics.
3. Knowledge of technologies used in the foundation engineering sector.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
5. Flexibility and ability to work in diverse and dynamic environments.
6. Good command of the English language.
7. Experience in delivering customer training programs.
8. Strong customer relationship management skills and ability to monitor customer satisfaction.
