The role offers a unique mix of product strategy & development, market and process analysis and commercial impact activities, aiming at building and managing 100% digital banking capabilities, tailored on our customer’s needs.
Your main activities will be:
- Works independently to execute standard tasks and under guidance on complex ones. May combine tools and techniques to deliver an optimal outcome.
- Demonstrate creativity and innovation elaborating solutions to reduce friction and to optimize the existing processes;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, test and launch new product features;
- Recognizes when more information is required to identify or solve a problem and determines how to gather this input
- Generates different solutions, weighing the pros and cons of each to identify the most suitable
- Generates well-formed ideas that have the potential to provide effective alternative methods of working for self and the team
