Job Description

We are looking for a tech-savvy Legal Intern with:

- Basic understanding of contract terminology and legal clauses.

- A high comfort level learning new software and database systems.

- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

- Strict adherence to confidentiality and data privacy standards. [

to assist the legal team by reviewing, analyzing,



and uploading the current backlog of commercial executed contracts to One Contracts. Main functions:

- Document Review: Quickly review executed contracts to ensure completeness, proper formatting, and legibility prior to uploading.

- Data Entry & Tagging: Accurately log key metadata (e.g., effective dates, renewal dates, parties involved, and obligations).

- Quality Assurance: Upload those contracts to One Contracts by following the system's requirements for accurate record-keeping.
