EMEA Critical Operations Technical Trainer
Role Summary
The EMEA Critical Operations Technical Trainer is responsible for developing and delivering technical training that supports the capability, safety and operational readiness of STACK Infrastructure's Critical Operations teams across Europe.
Working closely with Operations, Engineering and Learning & Development teams, you will create engaging, practical and technically accurate learning experiences that help employees operate mission-critical data centre environments safely, confidently and consistently.
This role combines technical expertise with coaching and facilitation skills, supporting both new and experienced employees through onboarding, technical development and competency progression across STACK's growing EMEA portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver instructor-led, virtual and hands-on technical training across EMEA operational sites.
- Support onboarding, technical development and competency progression for Critical Operations teams.
- Develop and maintain training materials, assessments and learning pathways aligned to operational standards and business requirements.
- Provide coaching and technical guidance to employees operating within mission-critical environments.
- Facilitate practical demonstrations, equipment walkdowns and technical learning activities that support operational readiness.
- Collaborate with Operations, Engineering and site leadership teams to ensure training reflects current systems, procedures and safety expectations.
- Assess learner competence and provide constructive feedback to support ongoing development.
- Maintain accurate training records and support compliance requirements through learning management systems.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by incorporating operational feedback, lessons learned and industry best practice into training content.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience within Critical Operations, data centres, commissioning, facilities management,
engineering or another mission-critical environment.
- Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical infrastructure commonly found within data centre operations.
- Experience delivering technical training, coaching or structured knowledge transfer programmes.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to learners with varying levels of experience.
- Experience developing training materials, assessments or learning programmes.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and organisational skills.
- Coaching mindset with a passion for developing technical capability and operational excellence.
- Comfortable working across different cultures, teams and operational environments throughout EMEA.
- Fluent English and Italian language skills are required.
- Eligibility to work in Italy.

La fascia retributiva indicata rappresenta il range previsto per il ruolo. La retribuzione sarà determinata in modo equo e trasparente all'interno di tale fascia, sulla base dell'esperienza professionale, delle competenze e delle qualifiche del candidato.
