As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing and managing user-generated content in accordance with community guidelines to maintain platform integrity.

Key Responsibilities

- Moderate and assess user-generated content in Portuguese to ensure adherence to community standards.
- Accurately classify and evaluate content based on established moderation policies.
- Identify and report inappropriate content or violations to the appropriate teams.
- Provide feedback and insights on content trends to improve moderation strategies.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize content moderation processes.




- Stay up-to-date with company policies related to content regulation and community engagement.

- Fluency in Portuguese (written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
- Previous experience in content moderation or related roles is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with consistent application of guidelines.
- Excellent communication skills for effectively explaining moderation decisions.
- Ability to manage sensitive content professionally and tactfully.
- Familiarity with online platforms and moderation tools is advantageous.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new cultural environment.
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
