We are seeking passionate and driven individuals fluent in Italian to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling comprehensive logistics solutions to a diverse range of clients, contributing significantly to our client’s business growth in the Greek market.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients by promoting logistics services tailored to their needs.
- Develop and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall team objectives.
- Perform market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless logistics service delivery and customer support.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance industry knowledge and sales skills.
- Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is mandatory; knowledge of English or Greek is an advantage.
- Experience in sales, preferably within logistics or related industries, is highly desirable.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work and thrive in a multicultural environment in Greece.
