pbTechnical Support Engineer – Italy /b /ppbLocation: /b Italy (Remote) /ppbEmployment Type: /b Full-time /ppbExperience Level: /b Entry-level / Early Career /ppbr/ppbAbout the Role /b /ppHYXi is looking for a motivated Technical Support Engineer to support our growing business in Italy. This position is open to recent graduates and early-career professionals who are passionate about renewable energy and want to develop their expertise in solar and energy storage technologies. /ppYou will provide technical support for HYXi’s product portfolio, including microinverters, balcony energy storage systems, residential energy storage systems, and commercial industrial energy storage solutions. /ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities /b /pulliProvide remote and on-site technical support to customers, installers, distributors, and sales teams in Italy. /liliSupport product installation, commissioning, configuration, troubleshooting, and after-sales service. /liliDiagnose technical issues and coordinate with HYXi’s RD and product teams in China to deliver effective solutions. /liliConduct product and technical training for customers and partners. /liliPrepare and localize technical documents, FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and training materials. /liliCollect customer feedback and field information to support product improvement. /liliAssist with technical demonstrations, exhibitions, customer visits, and pilot projects. /liliMaintain clear records of technical cases and follow up until issues are resolved.
