With a multicultural team of over 140 individuals from 20 countries, we operate through three divisions and two companies in the Middle East, including our branches in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (BWS-KSA) and Dubai, UAE (HQWS), serving the entire MEA Region. In 2023, Balich Wonder Studio was acquired by Banijay to build a Media and Entertainment powerhouse, combining the strengths of an established content group with our pioneering capabilities. /p h3Role Overview /h3 pThe BWS Special Projects Unit oversees BWS’s long-standing projects while leading the development and pre-production of new show formats, emotional masterplanning, and attraction concepts. The Unit operates across multiple disciplines, including: /p ul liLive events and ceremonies /li liTicketed shows, based on original IP /li liArchitecture and design of theatres and public spaces /li liTemporary and permanent artistic installations and exhibitions /li /ul pWe nurture each project from its earliest conceptual stage, guiding it from an abstract opportunity into a fully realized production. Through a step-by-step process, we transform visionary ideas into tangible,
impactful experiences. /p pThe Project Manager works in close collaboration with the Head of Production and the Executive Producer, supporting the overall planning, production and management of the projects assigned to the Special Projects Unit. /p pThis role is central to the management of all operational, logistical, and financial aspects of each project, ensuring that schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met. /p pActing as the operational bridge between the creative vision and production execution, the Project Manager ensures smooth communication across departments, alignment with project objectives, and timely delivery of milestones. /p pThe ideal candidate combines strong organizational and analytical skills with a proactive and solution-oriented attitude, capable of working in dynamic, multidisciplinary, and international environments. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liManages the start-up phase of projects, defining planning, scheduling, task distribution and resource allocation. /li liScouts, hires, and appoints key project roles /li liDefines and monitors budgets and project costs throughout development and delivery, ensuring compliance with financial targets. /li liManages project documentation, including timelines, contracts,
production plans, and reports. /li liLiaises with creative, production, and technical teams to ensure clear communication and operational alignment. /li liSupervises suppliers and freelancers, ensuring deliverables meet quality, timing, and budget expectations. /li liTracks project milestones, identifies potential risks, and supports the implementation of corrective actions. /li liAssists in feasibility studies and supports the preparation of proposals, budgets, and planning materials. /li liMaintains day-to-day communication with clients and stakeholders, ensuring expectations are managed and updates are shared effectively. /li liEnsures compliance with internal processes and workflows, contributing to continuous improvement of production efficiency. /li liSupports on-site coordination during production and delivery phases, ensuring high standards of execution. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul li10 years of experience in production or project management within large-scale events, ceremonies, or live entertainment industries. /li liProven ability to manage complex workflows, budgets, and schedules. /li liStrong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail and deadlines. /li liExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset. /li liProficiency in project management tools and budget tracking systems. /li liExperience in working with multidisciplinary international teams. /li liFlexibility, adaptability, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving. /li liAvailability to travel internationally according to project needs. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
