pQLM Search is partnering with a high-growth division of a leading international food group to appoint a Senior Sales Director for its Italian business. /ppbr/ppWith an established manufacturing footprint, strong brands and ambitious plans for continued growth, the business is looking for an exceptional sales leader to shape its customer strategy, accelerate profitable growth in Italy and identify opportunities to collaborate across the wider /ppgroup and develop new markets. /ppbr/ppReporting into the senior leadership team, the Senior Sales Director will lead the Italian sales organisation, strengthen strategic partnerships with the country's leading grocery retailers and identify new channels and markets for future growth. /ppThis is a significant leadership appointment requiring someone who combines deep knowledge of the Italian grocery retail / GDO landscape, outstanding customer relationships and a proven track record of delivering profitable growth. /ppbr/ppbKey responsibilities include: /b /pulliDefine and execute the sales and customer strategy for Italy. /liliBuild and strengthen senior relationships with Italy's leading grocery retailers. /liliLead major customer negotiations and commercial planning. /liliAccelerate profitable growth across branded and private-label portfolios.
