The firm handles applications filed with the EPO, EUIPO, WIPO, and the Italian Patent and Trademark Office, collaborating with foreign correspondents for local national applications. /ppbr/ppbThe Role: /b /ppbr/ppWe are seeking a seeking a Patent Attorney with a technical background in mechatronics, to join their team in Milan. /ppThe successful candidate with have a degree in Engineering or other related scientific disciplines, experience drafting patent applications and prosecuting in Italy and abroad, and experience drafting patentability, validity, and FTO opinions. /ppbr/ppbRequirements:
