Role: SAP SD OTC Consultant Role Type: ContractLocation: ItalyWork Mode: Remote(Need basis travel is required in Italy )Languages: Italian & EnglishRole OverviewExperienced SAP S/4HANA O2C Consultant to join AMS Support team in Italy. The consultant will be responsible for providing functional support, incident resolution, change request implementation, and continuous process improvements for the Order-to-Cash business processes within SAP S/4HANA. The role requires close collaboration with business users, IT teams, and global stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and service delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesAMS Support ActivitiesProvide L2/L3 functional support for SAP S/4HANA Sales and Distribution (SD) and Order-to-Cash processes.Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, service requests, and production issues within SLA timelines.Perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions.Support business users during month-end, quarter-end, and year-end activities.Monitor application performance and proactively identify process improvements.Functional ExpertiseManage end-to-end O2C processes including: Customer Master DataInquiry and Quotation ManagementSales Order ProcessingPricing & DiscountsAvailability Check (ATP)Delivery ProcessingTransportation & ShippingBilling and InvoicingReturns ManagementCredit ManagementIntercompany SalesSupport integration with MM,
FI & WM systems.Configure and maintain SAP SD/O2C functionalities in S/4HANA.Change & Enhancement ManagementGather and analyze business requirements.Prepare Functional Specifications for developments and enhancements.Support testing activities, including SIT, UAT, and regression testing.Coordinate transport management and production deployments.Support SAP release upgrades and system enhancements.Stakeholder ManagementCollaborate with local and global business teams.Conduct user training sessions and prepare support documentation.Participate in governance meetings and provide status reports.Required Skills & QualificationsMandatory Skills10+ years of SAP SD/O2C consulting experience.Minimum 5+ years of SAP S/4HANA experience.Strong knowledge of: Sales Order ManagementPricing ProceduresDelivery & ShippingBilling & InvoicingCredit ManagementReturns ProcessingCustomer Master DataExperience in AMS/Support projects.Strong issue-resolution capabilities.Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ticketing tools.Knowledge of integration with FI, MM, and WM.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Preferred SkillsExperience with SAP Fiori applications.Understanding of IDocs, EDI, interfaces, and APIs.Exposure to SAP GTS.SAP S/4HANA certification is desirable.
