Job title: Operations ManagerLocation: Venice, ItalySalary: €30.000-€35.000 gross per yearStart date: ASAPWe are seeking an Operations Manager who will oversee key financial aspects of the restaurant’s P&L, ensuring budget alignment and cost control while supporting leadership in upholding brand standards, core values, and business objectives. The role is to drive operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and team development in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.Key Responsibilities:Financial Oversight: Understand and manage budgetary and P&L components, ensuring cost efficiency and profitability.Team Leadership: Mentor, coach, and develop staff into brand ambassadors, fostering a culture of exceptional customer service.Workforce Management: Create and adjust work schedules in line with forecasting and budgetary guidelines.Departmental Leadership: Run a cost centre or department, ensuring smooth operations and brand consistency.Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with all teams to execute systems and processes that deliver high-quality products and services.Team Development: Assist in building a high-performing team that aligns with the restaurant’s vision and values.Retail & Sales Growth: Implement brand standards in retail operations while identifying innovative opportunities to boost sales through guest and staff engagement.Guest-Centric Culture: Foster an environment where guest satisfaction is the top priority, meeting or exceeding brand benchmarks.Quality Assurance:
